Yeah. Here:
Racist Policeman : Well, Mr Sambo Darkie Coon, I got your number. You're nicked.
Kellogg's competition representative : Is there anything the matter, officer?
Racist Policeman : Ho, ho, ho, dear me, don't we talk lovely, Mr Rastus Chocolate Drop. Now, listen here, son, I done a weekend's training with the SAS. I could pull both your arms off and leave no trace of violence. Lord Scarman need never know.
Kellogg's competition representative : What seems to be the trouble, officer?
[he rings the bell again]
Racist Policeman : That's white man's electricity you're burnin', ringin' that bell. That's theft. I've got your number, so hold out your hands.
Kellogg's competition representative : I represent Kellogg's Corn Flakes Car Competition. I...
[at this point, the policeman removes his dark glasses, realising his mistake]
Racist Policeman : Oh, sorry, John. I thought you was a n*****... . Carry on.

Fuck me. I remember the scene, vaguely, but that’s outrageous!

Not really, pretty much a typical representation of banter in the office of the u.k. Home Secretary on a day to day basis.

I’m pretty sure it was written that way; totally ott, to shine a light on that banter
I remember when he took his shades off, and being amused by the visual gag. The full-on racist language was buried in my subconscious

Yeah, he's a right fat fuck today. And he says he's very ill. The stuff about Blanco's death will surely open up the investigation again - that is, if it was ever closed. Doherty's response could be incriminating. Here's a bit about it if you're interested I think the original investigation was so ineptly handled that securing any kind of conviction now will be extremely difficult.

Currently watching Mad Men which I didn't bother with first time around. It took me a while to get into it as it's not at all plot driven, but I'm pretty into it now. Currently in the early parts of series two.

All Doherty has admitted is that he was in possession of drugs. He seemed to be saying at one point that Falco had fallen inside the flat in the course of some kind of hoo-hah, in which case it would possibly be an accidental death, or at the very worst, manslaughter.

Doherty admitting he had drugs is like saying I had bacon in my breakfast fry up.
I will have to watch this. I wasn't mad on all of his output, he did have something though.

The recent channel 4 documentary, which might be the one above, gave strong evidence that Falco was pushed off the balcony, probably by Docherty's thuggish minder (who actually confessed to the murder to the police, but who, bizarrely, was never charged). As for Docherty he has never given an honest account of the murder, and even made a sick video glorifying in the crime that he shot at the flat where it happened.

Enjoyed C4's 'Princes in the Tower' documentary ( the presentation not so much, with the pointless addition of celebrity judge Rob Rinder, but hey ho ) which gave quite a convincing argument, using newly discovered documentation, that the princes were never murdered at all by Richard III.

I enjoyed the film on the origins of Dr Who. Despite the presence of that awful ham Brian Cox.
Verity Lambert was very cool - and the woman playing her in the film! OH MY!
