Glooooooooria!!! Glooooriaaaaa! How odd. I must admit I had no idea this existed, and it's not a bad version for this kind of thing. It's a pity the verses have much more sass than the chorus, which is a bit of let down in comparison. I still think Half Japanese own this song, but it got 'unexpectedly' slated in whatever cup I used it in.
Well, what a thing of fortuity. Unexpected obscure original against unexpected obscure cover. I have to admit to being entirely cynical when I entered this thread, but both tunes are sterling examples of the type of thing they do, and previously unknown to me. If someone could've done this kind of thing with actual modern music, I'd have been as pleased as a Blackadder analogy.
Can't decide. May have to listen again at some time.

Both pretty good, but I think
A
has the edge because of the vocal (even tho' it's an old old song) which I really like, and which gives it a bit more class (or something!)

A is an okay garage version of a well worn song. It's chiefly of interest for the "gimmick" (this being the 60s) of an all female group taking on a very male genre. That gives it some interest, but not enough..it's hardly Them is it, or Patti S for that matter.
I picked B for my winning BCB cup 2011 list. Glad someone listens! It wasn't me this time, honest guv ( I try to avoid reusing picks if possible). Anyway it's a total blast, primal rock n' roll that packs a Joe Louis sized punch.

Two enjoyable slice of '60s fun, nice. B is the one I like more though, nothing like a bit of frantic sax.

That’s a toughie! Both are going on playlists for the rest of my days but, as fun as it is to sing along to the first one B. Is the sort of thing I never get tired of.

Both a lot of fun. A is gimmicky, I suppose, but it's a great gimmick - love the "uh-huh/oh yeah?" backing vocals, and I love that they picked a really unsexy name to replace the old one. May or may not be intentional, but it sure sounds like they were having fun with it to me.
B is great and wild, but a little one-note by comparison. But nice job straying from the obvious for both.

If A's vocals were put onto B it'd be great. Until then it's a decent energetic piece that stands out from the crowd of forgotten 7" singles.

Ok, I've done a bit of relissenin' and come to the conclusion that A's just a gimmicky version of a stronger song. B has more class about it.

Both rubbish. I like the go-go dancers in B's video but that's about it.
