A kinda lost me with the lyric, "I thought I hit a love run." They must have better songs than this.
All that scratchin' is makin' me itch.

Can I be the first to use the word "sumptuous"? I think so.
I loved its widescreen, lavish Delfonics sound. Okay the song ain't up to all that much (and the baseball metaphors became pretty strained), but when the performance, arrangement and production are this good, I can forgive that.
I liked the idea of B, both as a pick and as a track but it disappointed in the end. There's no denying how good the beats are, but the problem was that's all there was - it never really developed (20 seconds of metal guitar don't cut it).

A's music was pleasant enough, but the lyrics are a giant Cheese ball nightmare...Vote B

Hell fire, A is traffic-stoppingly WONDERFUL! thank you! it might be the best new thing I've heard so far in this cup. The Intruders, eh? New to me
Actually I dig B too, but it doesn't stand a chance against
A
and I'm going to listen again now. Fantastic.

Cheesy goodness, yeah! But the arrangement is sweet enuf for me to be forgiving. I would change the horns slightly, but hey.

B is an inferior malcom catto wannabe.
i don't get why other posters are going overboard for A but it wins comfortably here.

B. By virtue of the drum break. I like the other - great lyric. B. Might not be all that original but it feels good going down.

B isn't the finest example of what DJ Spooky can do. I really love those cut up drum patterns but they're ruined by that overload of guitar. At least it's not A though.

Christ, A's the distilled essence of the BCB 70s cup, Smooothy Nice FM playlist horror. Someone has passed the smelling schmaltz. Yikes. Eek. ETC!
I forgot Dave Lombardo was a drummer, I was hoping for loads of guitar overload there. I saw him play drums for Metallica once, when Lars 'fell ill' at the Download festival. Wasn't a patch on the fella from Slipknot, that geezer could properly drum. Anyway, this is fairly uninteresting drum montage with some obnoxious riffing towards the end. It's better than A by a country mile.

YES, The Intruders! This is a fine track from a fine album. I like B quite a bit too; good frenetic sample and mixing. Just a shame it's against a song and group I like more. A

Glory be, I agree 100% with G! A is just so gloriously produced, that they could be reading the proverbial phone book and I'd love it. It's dorky as hell, but in a way that makes me smile.
B ia another in a long list this rounds of wonderful sounds that don't really add up to much.
