That's a nice, off-beat Monkees track, definitely sounds like the Nes solo stuff I know. B is just not for me on any measure.

A's rather nice. B's really intriguing though, I agree about the latter-day Scott parallels present here not just in the sheer experimentation but also in the interesting mix between the industrial and modern classical overtones along with a somewhat more "traditional" undertone, in this case in the shape of flamenco. It's akin to the way "Bouncer See Bouncer" for example recalls a Southern work song in its melody, composition and feel despite the grinding wheel and relentless beat that prevails over the instrumentation of the piece. I guess it also helps that I quite like Elche's voice too, he may not be Enrique Morente but there's a passion and power to his delivery that lends an interesting contrast to the more abstract backing. Heterodox indeed. So yeah, B for me.
