I really don't feel like writing a long essay, but I'll do this in the form of answering questions if anyone wants to submit any. Your musical life through musical subcultures. When/why did you stop listening caring about current?

Well when I asked for questions, I was hoping for something other than negative digs, but never mind.

What's your favourite gig G? Oh definitely The Clash gig in Brixton in 1982. They actually played three gigs there that summer, I'm pretty sure I saw the last one. They were so exciting and played with such energy. Watching them it was like they had three frontmen, the effect was like watching a football team overwhelm the opposition with a wave of attacks. It was only the second gig I'd been too so the impact it made on me was pretty seismic.

The audio of the concert is on-line. I still remember them coming on to Ennio Morricone, it was such a dramatic entrance!
