The two weakest choices yet.
The Porridge clip could have been any random 3 minutes taken from any episode. Mildly amusing but not competition material.
And the Sopranos is nothing more than a punchline and not an especially great one at that.

I thought A was funny - mildly, anyway - and I don't know the show.
If you're going to hang a choice on the last 3 seconds of a clip, it needs to be a whole hell of a lot funnier than that. I can remember much funnier Paulie lines, let alone Tony ones.

Though I have been planning to watch the Sopranos again and enjoyed the clip, it can't beat "prison-issue tissue".

A is likeable enough, although there are far more memorable scenes from Porridge. B's punchline was a bit of a damp squib..not worth the wait.

Oh, we can just abstain our way through this whole thing? Why didn't anyone say so? We should all abstain - each match! What fun!
Both clips are pretty dull, but at least A had a laugh track so I knew what the "funny" bits were.
Still, Paulie...

Two great shows where the dialogue is terrific and the characters and performers are excellent. Maybe A by a nose.

Strange choice of Porridge clip, it felt like there was a punchline missing at the end. Still, I liked the lines about missionary work in Scotland, and "that'll wipe the smile off his face". And Fulton Mackay was a superb foil for Ronnie Barker, too.
Not sure what was meant to be funny about The Sopranos clip.
