The eternal question...WHY THAT PARTICULAR CLIP ?? (A)....In this battle of Brooks v. Brooks, Vote B for being at least fleshed out...

B is freaking hilarious! Don Adams is a truly great physical comedian.
I laugh a lot at Blazing Saddles, but almost any other 20 second clip from it is probably funnier.

I agree with others about A. Perhaps the gag would've been funnier in a longer extract, but it just felt quite flat here. B is okay but not particularly memorable slapstick. You can't help thinking how much more Laurel and Hardy or even someone like Michael Crawford would have done with a similar scenario. It does work better as a self contained clip though.

That's one of my fave BS scenes. "Hey, where are the white women at? But B is a real gem. Always makes me laugh somehow.

Christ, we're dining on thin gruel today. A seems pointless, randomly chosen. The first part of B is dreary, and the second part is one of the worst comedy runaway-train setups I've ever seen; badly directed, edited, and not funny at any point. Makes me long for Norman Wisdom, which isn't something you'll hear me say often.
Abstain.

No prizes for guessing who picked B. I remember Get Smart from my gilded youth, although I've never seen it in colour before. . Always raised a chuckle. It wins easily here, with half a dozen pieces of decent slapstick against a not particularly good one-liner.

No prizes for guessing who picked B. Just for the record, it wasn't me. I wish I had.

Easy B. I like Blazing Saddles, but A is too slight in comparison.
