I'm amazed 'Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere' (the track not the album) ranked so high.
Everything else 'makes sense', more or less.

So who had the most popular list? standard deviation? Trying to figure out a way to compute that. But it looks like Lokie is the closest to the preludin average. To evaluate this, I calculated the average of difference between positions in contributors' lists and final rank. The lower the value the closer to the average preludin - G and fange lists were not evaluated for this as they provided just 10 songs each)
I know you were not serious about the question, but I love playing with Excel

I was out for some drinks with workmates yesterday, and grabbed Live Rust from the CD shelf to listen to in the car. It's been a while since i played it.
I thought it was gonna be the normal faves from that record that would hit my nostalgia pleasure zones (Hey Hey, Powderfinger), but it was THIS song - one that has never really had a huge effect on me - that had me singing along on repeat for ages, and i'll admit brought a little moisture to my eyeballs.
It shot me right through the heart, like it never had before.

It is very interesting despite Neil's prolific-ness it doesn't much move the needle from favorites of his classic 60s/70s era. I prefer my Neil acoustic and understated (and modal) as it shows off his melodic gifts.
