G’s yer man
He can reach the working classes. As long as he can stand up to Neil interrogating the acid jazz years he should be alright

I dream of someone competent who's not so left-leaning as to be easily dismissed by the right-wing press in the House of Commons giving relentless pressure and clarity on Boris and his mob while they go on their looting expeditions.
I did say "dream".

Rebecca Long-Bailey is nobody sane's idea of a good leader. Of anything. What the fuck is going on? Slag off Swinson all you like, but RLB makes her look like Thatcher. RLB has had a vote in the poll though, not sure from whom. Do you reckon Jezza has signed up to Preludin?

Somebody's playing silly beggars - there have been three or four votes made over the last few hours.
I'd like to see Corbyn join BCB - he'd fit in well!

The man has no cultural interests at all and is a mouth breathing socialist.
I think BCB is his natural home, don't you?

Here's a question....what politicians actually have some musical taste?

Here's a question....what politicians actually have some musical taste? I know Obama liked to make a bit of a thing about how cool he was, playing Prince LPs with all his staff just after the Purple One died. And those lists with Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye and so on. Big fucking deal. But I suppose you might say he had taste. Nobody in the UK comes to mind. Blair was in a band and had Noel Gallagher round for tea but that doesn't say much really. Politicians just don't strike me as the sort who are passionate about music. If that is in fact generally true, what does it say about them?

Says Corbyn " Laura is the most inspiring and shaggable female since Rosa Luxemburg"

I know this as I know a few Music PRs who've dealt with several politicians and got to know their tastes. Not that I can remember any details but enough to know to refute that statement.

I don't give a fuck about what they like musically.
Someone can have amazing taste and be a complete cunt.
Like me.

I know Tom Watson posted about music on twitter occasionally. He's definitely mentioned Springsteen, and not in an attempt to link him to a Westminster paedophile ring.
