The 19 years thing is a bit odd. Just noticed the dollars, so it's an American ticket, presumably for their cancelled tour.

One of the things Peter Hook auctioned was a travel itinery of the tour They were planning to do a European tour with Tuxedomoon later in the year as well.

The 19 years thing is a bit odd. Don't know about Canada, but in the US at the time the drinking age varied from state to state - for example it was 18 in Washington, DC but 19 in Virginia and (I think) Maryland, and 21 in some other states. I think it became 21 nationwide around 1985.

Whoever set that schedule, should have been fired. Simple Minds did similar weird tours until "Don't You". I can't imagine they would have covered expenses and travel with that itinerary.
