We have this not exactly PC label for a Spanish soluble cocoa that was also sold in this packaging

Looking for the location of this Ortiz company (a village in the Basque country since you asked) I found that the same illustration is used for different products. And yes, Ortiz has a good reputation for canned fish.

I bought a load of their ventresca tuna a year or so back when Sainsburys had a special offer on it. It's lovely stuff.
