I read an article about this and the picture with it had him dressed up as craig david with the actual craig david. It was a weird picture because it showed a black man ok with what he was doing with the black masks, but the article was him saying he was wrong to dress up like this. Still, i guess this guy will have a lot more to say sorry for in the future. I've watched some of his shows and he openly tells a female contestant that he'd smash her back doors in. They laugh at it but i'm sure it will come back to bite him on the ass. I don't think he's finished saying sorry just yet.

Meh. Perhaps he should just apologize for not having done or said anything remotely funy in his entire career, and be done with it.
I'm not being '' here btw. I'll laugh at all kinds of off-message jokes or skits providing there's more to the 'joke' - a sliver of wit, a joule or two of wordplay, the merest suggestion of surprise and/or jeu d'esprit – than the fact that it is off-message.

He's the unfunniest bloke on television so I'd be quite happy to see this end his career. He did nothing wrong though.

In fairness, there's a lot of comedians to give out about. There's like an unofficial social yewtree for comedians, except they're searching for racism instead. He'll have his time sooner or later. Little Britain got off fairly lightly.

Little Britain got off fairly lightly. A lot of that comedy was a reaction to the more politically correct 80s and 90s and now it's swung round again.

Yeah i agree, i think it will just be a "Sorry, shouldn't have done it" with a odd "It's comedy, there's no racist intent".

The Trisha character was quite below the belt, mind. Ogle bogle rice and peas, etc.
Ali G was a white guy wanting to be a black rapper. That's how he was played. It was a send up on cultural appropriation.
