What would you sell?
I'm half-seriously looking at opening a shop as an alternative if my hopes of getting a job recede between now and September.
I'd love to sell boardgames etc, but that's pointless at the moment given the looming recession.

Strictly Canterbury prog, open only on Tuesdays 3pm-6pm within the week of a full moon, strictly word of mouth and outrageously expensive, not on Main St, but down an alley into the garden, in a Victorian garden house, light refreshments would be served along with croquet.

A life affirming coffee shop based on the teachings of the Coan. Basically I've kept record of everything coan has written on messages boards we've both been on. So you come in, nod to the picture of mark e Smith and order a coffee. Then, pick a topic, and read what the coan has written about it. If it doesn't help, tight one you already paid for the coffee and the hobnob so fuck off.

I already have one. If it was a bricks and mortar shop though, pretty much what I sell now but expanded to include mid century modernist Italian furniture and design. I reckon in the right place, it might do well. I can recommend having a shop, it,s good fun.

The stock is piled at various places at my mum's house which has meant I've had to limit my stock to an extent. Once I clear out the garage for her, I can start moving it in there and carry more stock.
