14 It was their first UK TV performance, when they did Teen Spirit, and it took off after that.
As for 12, I never really paid much attention to the people behind the Avengers, so I looked him up and he did a load of other things in the 50s, 60s and 70s, wrote for pretty much all of the cult series on TV that I remember. The only person I can imagine getting any of that would be Adam, who's having a bit of a sulk.

The thing I associate Brian Clemens with most is the Thriller (I think that was actually the name of the show) series which were on at 9 on ITV. Scary stuff if you were of a particular age!

Scary stuff if you were of a particular age! that was a brilliant series, G! i also remember it from my youth and bought the boxset. some great and memorable episodes. i think i was getting clemens mixed up with nigel kneale.
