I wanted to vote for B, I really did!
I loved the riff very much, but the voice started to get increasingly grating and insufferable towards to end... I simply had to go back to the soothing familiarity of one of the greatest sunshine pop masterpieces
Obvious schmobvious!!

B is fucking brilliant. It's been my anthem for the last 12 months. It never fails to get me going.
I love Voivod. DF-check out Dimension Hatross. That's where it started for me. Nothing like it!
My favourite Canadian group.

I only know Green Tambourine [Edit: Brain fart] Walk Away Renee from these guys, and didn't think that was worth buying. Don't like the lead voice, the phrasing on the high notes is off and too yelpy, which grates, the 'tasteful' tea-time trio strings are wet enough to drown in and the whole thing makes me want to grab the band by their several dandified lapels and shake them hard, not so much to bring them to their senses - I'm not sure they have any to return to - as for the sheer musical joy of hearing the peas rattle around in their oh-so-fashionably coiffed skulls. In case anyone is still in doubt, I didn't like it at all. Fucking wimp rock does my head in. 3/10
And here's the boys to stomp Fotherington-Thomas into the ground. The vocalist is a bit lame for the band (reminioscent of Liam Monobrow to my ears), and visually of the palely loitering persuasion, but, by the Krint, this is the sort of primitive relentless racket that gets the blood raging 6/10

The twisting, melancholy minor note melody of the verses specifically...it's all about opinions Ray!

This is where we need Loveless to step in.

This is where we need Loveless to step in. Love had quite a few of those slightly spooky minor key melodies, 'Old Man' for instance ( and yes I know that's MacLean rather than Lee, before Ray steps in)

This is where we need Loveless to step in. Just so long as he steps on LB's throat and kicks Aggie Slocombe's Palm Court Tea-Time Trio in to the long grass. Simpering twats.
I have no idea what a minor key is, but suspect any of the Love Guys, even Snoopy or Teejay cantrelli, could have a whole Sally Army-full of tambourines in a door-key fight. [OK this joke is fucked by my earlier error, but can't be bothered into working Left Banke (that E on the end - pretentious, simpering buffons) into it. Not fit to lick Love's ashtrays

Anyway Green Tambourine was The Lemon Pipers! Walk Away Renee, though, is only marginally better than this piece of tosh. Such a rotten song, even Levi couldn't make a better than passable version.
