Not bothered at all about Iggy, never have been and I doubt if I ever will. That ikettes number on the other hand is wonderful. OK the sound quality is poor but it's easy to imagine what it would sound like live.Very similar to the newbeats bread and butter but a whole lot better to look at. So that's a B Asking for Ray...

Thanks for that, the Ikettes distracted me.

strange iggy choice. i think hatz pretty much nailed it.
the ikettes pick maybe slight and badly recorded, but its exuberance brought a smile to my face.

for the second time this round, a couple of tracks I paid money for when they were released.
Soldier was the last Iggy record I bought. His voice was still intact, but his taste and songwriting mojo had gone. The lyric is Ok, but the backing is by the numbers and, well, conservative. I don't hate it, far from it, but it doesn't move me in any direction.
Like others, found this an odd choice of video, as the backing is ropey, nothing like as sharp as on the single, and the sound is dreadful. For me, the vocals aren't as good either, although they inject a bit more excitement. But it's still
