It's cold here now so not very often. During the Summer, I talked to them a lot because we were all out.

Last visit was 10 years ago - England. I'm not an intercontinental jet set guy like Coan.
buy new underwear
Once a year. Maybe.
wash your hair
Two to three times a week.
drink alcohol
This week, I had a couple glasses of wine each night after not drinking for three weeks. Planning on going on the wagon again once my son leaves.
exercise
Every day. Stationary bike for 30 minutes in the morning, plus stretching, stomach crunches, push ups and light weights. At lunch, a 2 mile walk, or today, rowing machine for 30 minutes. Another 2 mile walk after work.
laugh
Every day. The other day I watched that clip over and over again I posted of Kramer telling George he loved another man in the Gav thread and laughed out loud each time. I am easily amused. Why do you think I hang out here?

My daughter came back and no longer lives abroad, so no need to fly there either. My wife and I decided not to fly anymore so maybe in the future countries we can do by car, but no plans at this moment. i live a 30 minute walk from Germany so I could do that but I don’t. Underwear- when I am about to need it and it’s on sale Drink alcohol- most days but have drastically reduced Execise- walk and bike everydsy but nothing other than that Laugh - practically every day Wash hair - every day and always have done. With the thinning of my scalp it may not habe been the smartest regime though |

I mean there's been a shower attachment to the bath, but not a proper purpose built one you stand beneath.
It's not as unusual as you think, but a lot of people on this board are quite privileged..
