Anyone got any recent thrift store finds they can talk about, to lure him back? Any Danish crooner comps?

I have it on good authority that it has something to do with all the snowflake boomers. And by “all” I mean 3 or four. That's more than enough thankyouverymuch!

If nothing else it proves he's by far the most important poster on the board. We need him to glue the board together and bounce ideas off. When he's not around, enthusiasm visibly wanes. That's part of the problem actually, as he gets pissed off at doing all the heavy lifting.

To take this seriously for half a second, I'd say the typical Preludiner is much more likely to have a full-time job, be in multiple bands, and be taking care of at least one elderly parent. I'm amazed any of us find time to post at all. It's been said before, but this kind of board is dying in general, being taken over by Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. The revival of the Jolly-up is our best hope for the future. Me, Sloop, and a patty melt in late April. Who's in?

Oregon is a bi-polar place. Portland and Eugene are very liberal and a vegetarian lifestyle is highly encouraged. One of the top local quick food places has almost an entirely veggie menu: Cafe' Yumm. On the other hand, logging, ranching and agriculture dominate the economy and they are very proud of those industries.
Some fun facts about Oregon:
Oregon’s top agricultural products include: milk, nursery stock, hops, cattle and calves, berries, pears, potatoes, eggs, onions, peppermint, wine grapes, cherries, hay and sweet corn.
There are more than 38,500 farms in Oregon, a number that is down about four percent from the previous census five years ago.
The agriculture industry contributes more than $8 billion to the state’s economy each year.
Oregon is the number one U.S. producer of: blackberries, hazelnuts, peppermint, cranberries, rhubarb, grass seed, florist azaleas and Christmas trees.
We got Xmas trees locked up, muthafuckas. You have to get a permit, and it's not hard to get, but you can actually go out to state parks and national forests and cut down your own Xmas tree if you want.
