It's funny you should post that, 'cos I changed it from 'song' to 'tune', but wasn't satisfied with either. And 'track', of course, is for wankers.What word would you use? I'm firmly, even vigorously, in the wanker camp . I was a big fan of the Clash, bought everything, even saw them live in 1978, but I never really thought of them in terms of 'tunes'. Other possibilities would be recording or, in the case of this band, racket. As for favourites, G's pick of Complete Control would be a good shout.

"Armagideon Time" or "Stay Free". I don't really get them, which may account for these choices.

Anyhow, remarkably I do have a favorite Clash track, but I'm saving it for fange's 70 from 70s thread. No I'm not. Anyhow, this is the one for me.
