Is it: The Beatles, Long, Long, Long The Velvets, Run, Run, Run Shirley & Company, Shame, Shame, Shame The Everly Brothers, Gone, Gone, Gone Abba, Money, Money, Money John Lennon, Well, Well, Well Paul McCartney, Hi, Hi, Hi The Damned, Neat, Neat, Neat James Brown, Please, Please, Please The Beach Boys, Fun, Fun, Fun
Or something else?
I've always found Long, Long, Long rather dreary and Run, Run, Run is probably my least favourite song on the Velvet's debut. I like all the rest to varying degrees.

Long, Long, Long is one of The White Album's true gems.

Yep.
And the Who's 'Run Run Run' is almost as good as the Velvets'

Well, vote for it!
The only two George Harrison songs I've ever really liked are Don't Bother Me and While My Guitar Gently Weeps. And I've gone off that a bit lately.

Everlys and Beach Boys are the standouts on that list. I voted also for James Brown because. And I fully agree with Tym about Long Long Long.

I voted for the Beatles, Everlys and JB, but really also wanted to vote for the VU and BBs too.

First time I've heard the Everly's record, it sounded pretty good.

I feel like this title format is (historically) such a winning formula.

First time I've heard the Everly's record, it sounded pretty good. It's great, and actually Robert Plant and Alison Krauss' cover is almost as good. Lovely guitar work by T Bone Burnett.

I voted for the Beatles, Everlys and JB, but really also wanted to vote for the VU and BBs too. I wanted to choose five or six but I felt that limiting it to three would make me think harder about which ones I really preferred. Maybe it was mean of me to restrict everyone else the same way.

First time I've heard the Everly's record, it sounded pretty good. I only heard it for the first time recently and was also very impressed. I think a deep dive into their catalogue may be in order; I've come across a couple of other tracks by them recently that made me think there may be more to them than the singles.

I feel like this title format is (historically) such a winning formula. The idea for the thread came about when I looked at a playlist suggested to me by Spotify and it had The Everly Brothers, Shirley and Company and James Brown in it. I have no idea if this was some tic in the algorithm or pure coincidence but it made me think that there are a lot of excellent songs using this naming format.

Oh yeah mate, you can do much worse than try a deep dive on the Everlys.
