That to me is way more attractive and interesting than anything you'd see in the Louvre or the Rijksmuseum. Not that those exhibits aren't interesting in themselves, but there's not a lot to relate to.

It's funny because in 30 years time when we look back there'll be photos of bleeding everything. The past will be much more available to us than any other generation.

On a kind of similar UK theme, although its in monochrome, I love Konttinen's series from Tyneside Areas like this have suffered from artists thrusting a serious political message over everything. It's refreshing to see a bit of humanity reclaimed from the narratives whilst still depicting the reality.
