Crazy. I was pretty sure that Johnny's pancake disaster would be today's big news.

Alonso would be the perfect replacement.

I reckon it's time for Roy to return, so he can finish what he started!

Speculation now that Arteta might be off to Barcelona at the end of the season too.
It'll be interesting to see if we have a wholesale change of Top club managers over a period of a year to 18 months - I wouldn't be surprised if Pep finished at City within the next two years or so.

You'd have to wonder where Pep would go. He doesn't seem likely to take a sleeping giant and build it back up (as Klopp as done), he likes taking teams who are already at the top, and making them better. You'd think Real Madrid are out of the question, because of his Barca history, and Italian football is considerably poorer than Spain or the UK.

Not too worried about Arteta personally. Bayern will probably be looking for a new manager at the end of the season too, unless Tuchel has them winning a load of trophies. De Zerbi is turning into the most sought after guy in football.

Perhaps Juve, but yes it's difficult to see him anywhere else at the moment. I wonder whether the Spain job is out because of his Catalan heritage.

Absolute shocker at the London Stadium - West Ham seem to have imploded. Fair play to Arsenal - they've been fantastic the last fortnight or so.

Saliba completed more passes last night than the entire Sheff Utd team put together. That's what you call domination!

I still think it's City's title to lose.
Arsenal look fabulous at the moment, but I believe they still have to go to City and win - which could be decisive. Liverpool have the easier run in of all the teams, and might just do it, yet injuries could be decisive if they lose another player or two in the run in.
West Ham's form is back at the right time thankfully - beating our perennial bogey team Everton at the weekend was tasty.
