Ever feel unrelenting tiredness? Like you sleep and ate well but still. There's nothing particularly bad happening in your life, it's just and combination of mental, physical, emotional tiredness. It might last a day, a week or going on a few years, it is what it is and you just plow through it. It's not a medical issue either.

Not much to add, but to say that a feeling of general malaise is very common at the moment. Coming out of covid, just to go in to an economic clusterfuck and pre- WWIII situation is enough to test anyone’s fortitude.
Best advice I can give is to be kind and patient to yourself and to those around you.

I’ve felt this for about two years now.
I’m learning to live with it!

It's a mad freeing, it's not depression I know what that feels like. It's like a stick in a rut feeling.

I have been pretty deep in there for about a week now. Things that usually don't get to me at all have been making my blood boil. I think the first step in getting over it is just to be aware of it yourself. Then, keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't worsen.
It's a bit bit of a sense of gloom outweighing whatever joy you get out of things. An imbalance. Highlight to yourself the things that do make you smile and either try to make changes to the things that are opposite to that or learn to live with them. Your choice usually.

That's the worst thing about it, it's up to yourself to change things, no one else. Bollocks.

Brings to mind the old expression "Wake up and smell the coffee". I can't stand the smell (or taste for that matter) of coffee.

Yeah I've been feeling kind of like this of late. It's like a hangover but without the headache, just the wooziness and fatigue.
And yeah I'm out walking regularly and going to the gym quite often.

I have to admit the gym helps a little. Not during but after when you get showered and sit down.

Going out for one fuck of a long walk REALLY helps, I find. But you have to go outside yourself. Look at things, take in the environment.

"Going out for one fuck..." sounds good too if you find a like minded lass.
