A good 99% of my meals are homecooked, by me, and I do my dishes by hand. I long ago learned to skip the sauce unless it's primordial to thhe dish (like for spaghetti arrabiata)
Less bother and I don't really care, so, it'll do.

Is "streak" some kind of Irish dialect thing? Or is it a Markus thing?
Anyway...
The only things on that list that require any type of sauce are kebabs and pasta. Everything else, if cooked well, can be enjoyed with little else than salt, pepper, and maybe a bit of butter.
I like kebabs (well, in my case either a falafel or shawarma) with everything on 'em. Load 'em up with all the veggies and sauces you have. The more the better! As for pasta, it really depends on what I'm in the mood for - my weeknight go-to is generally an arrabiata sauce augmented with sausage and rapini or spinach, but I'm fond of cream sauces for seafood-based pastas, and basil pesto is lovely with gnocchi, etc.

It's "steak," not streak. Anyhoo.
Steak - worcestershire Breast of Chicken - rosemary On yer burger - mustard, ketchup, mayo Kabab - tzatziki sauce Lamb chop - nothing Veggie shite - nothing, but I don't like cooked vegetables so olive oil with raw veggies Pasta - marinara, most of the time. Sometimes pesto.
You people are animals.

Very true. I hardly ever eat soup. Never have really. Not that I have anything against soup per se. Just not my cup-o-tea. PArtt of the problem is that I find it hard to make a small batch of soup (a bit the same for pasta sauce. So I make a large batch and freeze what I don't use quickly. But I have fairly limited storage space in my freezer, so I end up throwing stuff out after a while, which I HATE doing. So I mostly abstain. My life is SO complicated.
