Quite probably. Where's your first PORT OF CALLe? Currently in Telford ( son has his home here) Birmingham was scary, so many people and noise. Athens was so peaceful compared to here. Its all a bit strange.

I think i am going back to Zante to help my friend run the family complex. I could be there until October. Wife will stay here. So cold and grey, no fucking leaves on the trees !

Every year I'm genuinely surprised and pleased to see how much things change around this time of year. The change from winter to spring is slow, but noticeable. People are friendlier, things seem easier.
I don't know if this has something to do with my age (I suspect it does), but it's always so good to be out of the dark, cold, long nights.

Every year I'm genuinely surprised and pleased to see how much things change around this time of year. The change from winter to spring is slow, but noticeable. People are friendlier, things seem easier. I don't know if this has something to do with my age (I suspect it does), but it's always so good to be out of the dark, cold, long nights. There's something in being able to leave for work (at 630am usually) and to get home when it's still sunny, which generally happens around the first two weeks of March. You then also have the double whammy of blossom, magnolias and many other cheerful flowers making their appearance around how. Tulips are beginning to show in our garden.
