Hard to imagine how you could've avoided Basket Case. I wouldn't imagine they would be your kind of thing, but they had a fair bit of cred to go with their pop-punk in a way that Blink 182 n' all them didn't.
Incidentally, did you know that Billie Joe Armstrong released his first single when he was 5 years old? It's quite a collectable now.

If you like Punk that leans towards pop, sure..Check out Kerpkunk (1991) and Dookie (1994), their more "Indie" pre-break album and the huge big break LP..If you dig those, then the rest of it might be to your liking..They are easier Punk and some of it is pretty catchy

Tbh, i don't get the feeling there is much for you in the GD well, jimmy.
As dayo says, it's catchy pop-punk for the first few albums, and then more mainstream radio rock afterwards... and i can't see either really doing much for you.
My best suggestions are the Dookie or Nimrod albums.

I wouldn't either.
This is probably their most famous track - you must have heard it. It's kiddie-punk, not really built to last.

Unless you like adenoidal helium voiced kiddie "punk," don't bother. That's what the Dickies were for.
