nuggets, pebbles, and possibly other variations of igneous rocks neither nuggets nor the great majority of pebbles are variations on igneous rocks. The main characteristic of pebbles, that their rough edges are all smoothed by being tumbled in water, rarely applies to igneous rocks, which tend to have a crystalline structure that is both inimical to their being weathered away in chunks large enough to form a pebble, and strong enough that other rocks bashing against them makes little impact. I know that geology isn't everyone's cup of schist, but it's more interesting than a lot of the ties in this competition.

I know, but I thought the rhythm of the sentence needed that extra word, and it sounded clever. I thought it would be called out much sooner.

A is okay for what it is, but even it had been the real deal from the 60's it would still be slight.
B is great.

A is better revivalism than the Lyres thing I just listened to - its got some of that "60s dust" in its grooves. Its a bit slim though compared to B, an absolutely brilliant example of the Kinks in their pomp. It wasn't billed as a crate-diggers Cup, so its easily

I like both. But just now I think I prefer the immediacy of A, if that makes sense. Yes,
