 Can you identify the guy on the right? I know who it's meant to be, but I just can't see it... I thought it might be Adam Ant, but then I checked with google images and I can't see it either. Mind you, I don't recall seeing many images of him in profile. |

And it's a weird angle - left profile, slightly turned away, from low down, which would alter someone's features, exaggerating some, disguising others.
And Ewan McGregor was 10 when Sid died, so probably  not him |

It doesn’t look like Ray at all, but I just read an interview with him (in The Big Takeover) in which he says:
“Sid Vicious once got emotional about one song with me in the Speakeasy Bar in London (forget which one) but I didn’t take it seriously.”
so I guess they met at least once.
