One of the giants of jazz guitar. Post some of your fave tracks by or with Green, and wax lyrical about how great they are.
'The Kicker' from Solid is a personal favourite, hard bop at its peak.
In the '70s he made a bunch of wonderfully funky jazz records, like this cover of 'Sookie Sookie'

I love his soundtrack to The Final Comedown. It's definitely an outlier in his catalogue - definitely more focused on scoring and arrangement than his guitar - but it's excellent, and a few tracks really smoke:
