Huh, I thought I'd posted something here. Along the lines of ..
I wonder whether the singer of A copied Jagger or if the singer is singing naturally to himself and the style around him at the time and it's the one Jagger took on for his own delivery. Making A unvoteable if the former and forgivable if the latter.
So leaving vocals out of it ... musically I prefer the punkier
B

A bit of niche/specialist take here, but the vocals really remind me of The Reverend Beatman, and there's a pleasant fuzz to the guitar. The actual song could've been by The Dave Clark 5.
B's played at a pace, but seems to have less energy about it somehow. Bo Diddley. Either I'm mellowing in my dotage, or the garage round hasn't completely sucked this time around.
Anyway, A gets it, for the extra distortion.

The actual song could've been by The Dave Clark 5. That's like saying a Sex Pistols track could be a Brotherhood of Man song. I assume you've never heard the DC5!

A is one of those things that's so obvious in its derivation that it almost feels like a parody. I think the opening riff is basically "Satisfaction" sideways, right? I tend to like things like that more often than not, and this one's certainly not charmless.
B is one of the classics of the genre, though, with a killer riff and a much more naturally intense singer.

It's a shame that people have become so jaded with this genre (if they ever liked it in the first place) that it's become virtually impossible to pick anything within it that will elicit an enthusiastic response.
For me both of these are superb selections. Proto punk is a term that's sometimes thrown around too lightly, but these two tracks foreshadow 77 style punk more than any other garage tracks I know. A is so marvellously primitive with its pounding drum and yob chorus. I don't get the Stones comparison at all, it's far nastier and raw than anything they'd put their name to. The vocal is as snottily sneering as they come and it's a genuinely funny track too ( "sign my name in your fag magazine" has to be the most ungracious response to an autograph request ever!). B has such an exciting guitar riff, alongside the 100 miles an hour drumming, that it should be banned for endangering the nervous system. Fantastic stuff. Plus the vocal invents The Ramones. Very difficult to separate them. Although B will be obscure for many, if you're a garage afficianado then it's actually a very well known track. As A deserves to be better known, I'm going.... A

Great match, fine picks from both players. love the energy of B and the attitude of A. Maybe A by a nose.

Maybe it's my mood, but I found listening to both of these a dreary chore. A
