A ubiquitous piece of my own childhood, seemingly part of every household - and, for a young child, not burdened by any backstory, history or context. Shit, I didn't even know what cannabis WAS then. How do you respond to its homegrown, one man band charms today?

it and Let it Be entered the house at the same times. I'd heard only "Every Night" off of it before I owned it. I like the oddball tracks best - Momma Miss America, Hot as Sun - that sort of stuff. it's neat hearing "suicide" as a bonus track but I think the little snippet of it on the album proper is plenty.
I've great memories of playing "hot lava" to the track "Kreen Akrore" we would leap from one sofa to the other trying not to be consumed by the hot lava we imagined to be bubbling around on the living room floor. our leaps would increase in daring as Mccartney drummed and exhaled. we were lucky we made it out alive. I've always liked the album. I think a couple of tunes are pretty slight but they don't last long and they aren't bad. I love "ooh you"

Well. I’m stumped. If that’s an album cover I honestly don’t know what it is. The link suggests Beastie Boys but I’d only recognise LTI and Paul’s Boutique.
