Anyone catch any of this? Predictably most of it was rubbish - Jennifer Lopez being the absolute worst, but McCartney and Elton also sort of off - but Stevie and the Stones were OK. And Taylor.

No I avoided it. One of the worst things about this Coronavirus - well apart from all the deaths obviously - is the attention craving antics of celebrities. I can't switch on the TV without seeing some crappy video with a 'celebrity' telling me to stay safe or look after my mental health whilst doing aerobics or singing some sickly acoustic number. I'm fed up with all of them, I wish they'd just fuck off!

Nope, looks like hell on earth. What the fuck did Beckham do? I'd have checked in if I knew he was singing, or playing the accordion or something.

Thr Stones were nice. The rest, or at least the 30-40 mins. i could last, was tiresome.

Shower of needy cunts.

I felt sorry for Charlie, having to play with those stupid virtual drumsticks. I mean, he may have enjoyed it, but it just looked dumb.

The Stones hit the nail on the head. "You Can't Always Get What You Want" could have been the slogan of the whole One World jamboree

The few musicians-broadcasting-from-home things I've paid any attention to do seem to be going for the "which of my hits could seem most appropriate here" thing - Carole King re-purposing "So Far Away", etc.

Still not sure if this was for or against the virus, particularly with Paul and Elton displaying different stages of respiratory failure. I was hoping for some Brian Wilson fetal position cameo for a complete "We Are The World" experience.
