1. Temptation 2. Ceremony 3. The Village 4. 1963 5. Everything's Gone Green
Must admit, I can't remember The Perfect Kiss, I'm intrigued that it's topped two lists.

There's a few versions of it knocking about. The one below is the one I love. My love for this record is less about the song itself ( which is fine, but not something I'm particularly moved by), but all about the long instrumental section which starts about halfway through. It's just so immersive in the way it builds, you can really lose yourself within it.

Hmm. I'm not agreeing with the love for The Perfect Kiss. It just sounds a bit thin and compromised by the mid-80s production. Those jaunty sequencers just remind me of Stock Aitken and Waterman tracks. The instrumental section in the above is definitely the highlight though, I can see what you mean.

And not to forget this beauty, recorded a month after Curtis' death with the remainder of JD. Also a Hannett production!

Joy Division's conversion to New Order is kinda akin to the Stooges becoming abba.

If there was a door marked Abba/New Order or Stooges/Joy Division that's not even a choice for me. Admittedly when i was 15 I might have gone Stooge Division.......But come on Abba Order..that's the everthing I need
