Do drinking straws have one or two holes?

I don't think they have any. For me, to be a hole, something has to be set in a plane, or at least a surface. Tubes don't count.

OED of 'hole': "A hollow place in a solid body or surface." So, one.

This straw I’m holding has 87 holes. I’ve got an ice pick and I’ve had an entire pot of coffee.

Does this mean the "straw man" argument is full of holes regardless of the amount?
