I was gonna say the mighty Radiohead, but they kinda had a falling out over the being entered in to the rock n roll hall of fame. Only Ed and Phil showed up because they thought it was a big deal, the other were like 'meh'.
Any examples?

In time, money and who gets credit change everything. The rock era has mostly been the story of rotten people acting rotten (because of money, ego, drink, drugs, etc.,) to each other sometimes making some great music, till they don't.

the Ramones are all getting along very well due to the fact that they are all dead. I'm not counting Marky. who counts Marky?

The Nihilist Spasm Band is still playing regularly (or were, pre-pandemic) after 55 years. They must all like each other, 'cause they sure aren't in it for the money.

Coldplay. Split all songwriting credits regardless of who actually did the writing, an all.

I wish Radiohead had beat the shit out of each other before they ever played a note.

There does seem to be an argument that splitting the royalties equally, regardless of who wrote what, is a factor is whether bands get along.
There's 2 sides though aren't there.
Upside - bands like U2 and Coldplay split the royalties, get along well and maintain a happy and lengthy career
Downside - well the downside is mainly for us, and it means that bands like U2 and Coldplay get along well and maintain a happy and lengthy career
