you're in good company. seriously, I hear this all day everyday in both ear holes. got it. MY opinion is that it is FUCKED UP. these 'stand your ground" type laws are making for some really screwed up situations. I don't feel safe when somebody tries to take the gun I brought with me away from me. IMO these are pussy laws for gun loving pussies that are going to have more gun loving pussies out there acting tough, killing people and legally doing nothing wrong. Kyle is going to be on Tucker tonight all clean-cut and fresh faced basking in the attention of that right decision.I'm sure he'll have the good sense not to bend elbows with proud boys and flash white power signs when anybody is looking for a while. Now he is bona-fide! Hell, he has many standing offers to be a congressional intern! Legally shooting somebody in the streets of Kenosha was a good career move! right decision or not-- wanting to BARF seems like the proper reaction to me. I'm fully prepared for people to start telling me how that Georgia "citizen's arrest" case will have been all legal & proper as well. I'm glad legal and proper cuts it for so many. it don't cut it for me. Hey, you know what, maybe you won't need to shoot people legally if you don't take your goddam gun with you everywhere. ever think of that, dude? (imaginary conversation with the growing number of white males who don't feel safe without their guns and even then feel the need to shoot people in order to feel safe) Good to see you, Nick! I hope you stick around!

FFS. The circle is complete. They have the same looking thumbs. It isn't 666 after all.

Evil white men unite!!!! Nobody going to mention the Xmas parade? Terrible event. Indeed. It seems odd that the local police chief was very quick to dismiss the notion that it might have been an act of terrorism. Given what we know so far about Brooks' 'politics', it seems at least like a possibility.

I also think defining terrorism distinct from lone individuals committing murder or extreme acts of violence because of their own severe mental health issues is becoming increasingly difficult. Where does one end and the other begin?

It's a complex question, further complicated by the fact that definitions of terrorism vary.
Having said that, most widely-accepted ones, both those defined by governments or supranational bodies, and in academia tend to agree on a couple of things.
First, that it is unlawful violence against people or property designed to inculcate and spread fear. Instances of terrorism are usually calculated and planned, though not always. Not all political violence is terrorism.
Second, that it is done in support or pursuit of a political, religious or ideological viewpoint or goal. The concept of coercion is key in this. Terrorism is perpetrated with an end in mind.

Where does one end and the other begin? Yeah, it's a fair question and of course there may well be crossover. In this instance though when you have a black man driving through a Xmas parade, killing 6 and injuring 60 who has a history of expressing hateful, racist opinions about Jews and white people just days after Rittenhouse is cleared and in the same state then I think it deserves some serious consideration. Lets flip this one round....angry white man with history of posting racist shit about black people deliberately runs over and kills several black people days after black man is cleared of murder in extremely high profile case in same state etc then what would the reaction from many in the media be? They are playing us.
