like us 'regular' people and speak about it in public, does it help you in anyway? It could be a disease diagnosis, losing a family member by a disease, more personal stuff like a miscarriage, drug/alcohol abuse, depression and other examples. I'd rather this didn't turn in a thread about the small percentage of celebrities that use it boast their profile, but the genuine ones that thinks this helps talking about it.

Double edged sword: it can be seen as minimalizing, and get a little eye rolling, but then they reach who they reach, information gets out and something thought taboo gets aired and discussed, then of course there is the inevitable backlash...

I suppose it can be good in some ways but i think there's some people that think "aye it happened you too? suck it up and get on with it. You don't need to announce it to the world"
