I don't know if this is worth a whole thread, but these are the kind of things that pop into my head going to the supermarket early at 6:30.
Is "read" the only English word that is the same spelling present tense and past tense with context determining the tense.
It can't be, can it?

Mind you I don't understand all their examples ('congratulated', why not 'congratulate'?) but I'm sure JC and Rayge will be on hand to explain why!

That's a mistake in the table - the present form is of course 'congratulate'.
