I had high hopes for the album but this is the only highlight I think. He mysteriously disappeared in the desert didn't he ?

Love this. Obviously, the whole mystery surrounding his disappearance always overshadows the songs. But that’s a shame, cause his songs are great.

The latest was that he might have been a patient in a convalescence care home, paraplegic. in Oregon or Washington state.

I like the album, works nicely along with the Jim Ford stuff that was heralded at the same time.

I was underwhelmed on first listens but it's a grower and now I really like it. Better than Jim Ford? I think so. Clive Gash compared him with Dennis Linde a while back and DL would certainly give him more serious competition if ever they had to versus it out among the creosote bushes.
