As a rule, I have a lot of time for Peter Case, but this isn't one of his most memorable moments (like hatz, I prefer the second album). I'm fairly certain this is the first time an act entering a Preludin or BCB cup has played in my local in Switzerland (in a cellar packed with ca. 40 people, I kid you not) ... P & TTTB might be a mere footnote in punk history, but this is one fucking glorious riff

Peter Case is a completely new name to me, but he didn't impress. There's ultimately something joyless and plastic about his schtick. It's as if he wants to be taken seriously as a back to basics singer-songwriter, but the production and arrangement is so overcooked it sounds like Justin Bieber doing Springsteen.
B is nondescript meat n' praters punk, but it has a nice goth-esque lead guitar line, and that's enough to win here. Bobbins, but authentic bobbins.

Neither of these are Hippies (ptui-clang - that's the sound of a green gilbert hitting the spitoon by the way: get used to it) athough A sounds like he has heard some Bob Dylan records. Plays a better harp than His Bobness, THO
First heard these chancers on the Vaultage 78 comp, and have a basic fondness for all things BRIGHTON, although Peter's secondary employment as an E2L teacher in the town gives me pause. Still, as other GROOVY FUCKERS have noticed, the TTBs have guitars that slash like Pinky's razor, and that's enough to get them over the line.

Both Peters are unknown to me but of the two, I prefer B.

I don’t like A at all.
B finally brings the cup to life!
