B I'll take the lovely and talented Ms Dax over the irritating and coked-out Mr Henley.

The only good thing about the Henley track is the Jean-Baptiste Mondino directed music video, which appears to not be on youtube. Shame, it's worth watching without the sound on..
Not the Danielle Dax I was thinking of (That would be "Hammerheads") but easily gets the nod here..Vote B

From the comments above I deduct I'm the only one who had not heard Boys of Summer before. Four minutes later I already miss that happy innocence.

I've got a soft spot for A, overplayed as it is. It's the very clinical way it's been put together which, although it will be what a lot of people dislike about it, is what makes it so good for me. Each layer counts and forms this gleaming, machine like, thing. And it's a good song - weirdly moving in its weary nostalgia.
B is by far the poppiest thing I've heard from Ms Dax, it actually reminded me of Hayzi Fantaazi! The idiosyncratic backing track, melding country and western with sitar as far as I could tell, is a quirky delight. Enjoyed this one a lot and it was a bit of a surprise, so...

A is sleek 80s pop that is built to last. A great pop record.
B is the kind of daft, amateurish shit that people seem to like around here.
Shame.

... and that was Bryan Adams letting us know what's worth fighting for. We have a text here, Shirley from Crabtree is loving the tunes while she trims her bush in the sunshine. You guys are crazy. You're listening to Steve Wright in the afternoon, and coming up is more chat with Holly Willoughby about her upcoming series 'Lucid Cat Dreams', but first, it's Don Henley with Bo...Click.
Danielle Dax is one of the all-time greats on the basis of Jesus Egg That Wept and Pop-Eyes alone, and while I still love Inky Bloaters, this album was definitely a step in the direction that would ultimately end in her unsuccessful full-tilt run at pop mainstream mega-stardom.
B obvs.

A is a cup recidivist and a little over-rated in my view. It takes a rest halfway through and leaves you stranded on the dancefloor. B is perky and fresh and stuff!

B obvs. Love the Big Daddy reference, but unfortunately for you ( I am assuming the Dax is yours…), the Henley track is STILL great. I’ve always enjoyed it, without any Eagles baggage. A

B G saved me the effort (although I'm not quite as keen on the Henley - but I do think it's a decent song) B

Yeah, sorry A, not happening. I know you love it, and that's cool, but not for me. B is ok, quite interesting musically.
