I have to ask the obvious here, but how does he get around in the wheelchair while packing that big heater? Is he just that badass? Does he attach a harness to his dog?
Well, whatever the case, clearly a hero. And clearly prepared.

Anyone who owns a functioning gun (or indeed any form of ballistic weaponry) is a despicable cowardly peace of shit in my world.

A good thing you don't live in North Carolina. He'd be representing you.

What part of 'anyone who owns a functioning gun (or indeed any form of ballistic weaponry) is a despicable cowardly peace of shit in my world' suggests I'm open to negotiation about it?
Seriousy, Toby, no exceptions. That's what principles are about.
Also, bravery and cowardice are just semantically loaded terms for the same thing, the animal hormone response to perceived or imagined risk.

I've only ever owned a B.B. gun, but that was a while ago.
It's hard to not be tempted to purchase one at times, when you see so much crazy shit going on, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I have a temper. Bad idea all around.

Seeing as there's so much metal around, I'm really tempted to acquire a magnet. That'll get all that metal under control.

Better keep your magnet away from Cawthorn's man bits. Balls of steel, no doubt:
Our culture today is trying to completely de-masculate all of the young men in our culture…. They're trying to de-masculate the young men in our country because they don't want people who are going to stand up…. All you moms here — the ones who I said are the most vicious in our movement — if you are raising a young man, please raise them to be a monster.

He's a real cutie, ain't he? Not only a coward, but an entitled, narcissistic, lying, self-pitying, and self-confessedly unintelligent sexual predator. Trump with an extra brain injury.

My dad had a gun. I knew where he hid it so sometimes I'd get it and show my friends, although I was never brave enough to take it to school!

The old man owned guns growing up and he'd take me shooting with him sometimes. Just target practice but he loved guns - he used to shoot for the Navy - so he's always had an interest but he had to give them up after Dunblane. Shall I tell you a wee story about him? Being in the Navy he's travelled all around the world and been in some dangerous situations. One time, somewhere in South America - I can't remember where exactly - but there was some revolutionary nonsense going down at the time so things were kicking off, people were being shot, things were being blown up etc. Consequently some of the Navy lads used to have to carry weapons and patrol the streets in military cars. Anyway, I can't remember all the details but one night the old man was queuing up to watch a movie with some mates and somebody drove by and chucked a hand grenade into the queue. Seeing the danger the old man jumped on a woman and her child, grabbed them and pulled them to the ground as the grenade went off and saved their lives. The Navy gave him a medal...for bravery or some other semantically loaded term or summat.

He said once the guy he was with was getting strangled by a boa constrictor and he had to bayonet it to death!

Never had em around our house. I don't think it was a principled stance, more that my parents just weren't interested.
