all 3 work. all 3 were a pleasure to listen to. I only know them from the "easy rider" soundtrack good enough for 3 listens.

To borrow an image from Maria Bamford, she seems like a flag factory that only manufactures giant red flags. Good presentation, though!

I got a bit bored during the first two minutes (though I loved the "track debris" at the very beginning).
BUT...there was a rather dramatic gear shift at 2:27 that made me really happy, and then they do a really cool one fingered ebow like sustaining, feedbacky solo that I loved, and then the gear change digression again (I'm always up for this part).
So...overall, a win. Thank you.

Great choice JSJ. I've been a fan ever since I heard 'Riot (Good Feeling)' on an 80s Latin Soul comp. I've got a couple of albums, but he released a lot, so it's always good to be reminded of individual tracks. This is really good with a full throated committed vocal and a building climax which is exciting stuff.
I'm going to brave Ray. Knowing his penchant for noise, let's see if this does the trick...

First off, I didn't think it was particularly noisy: in fact it was quite conventional, even a bit retro for 1969. This isn't to say I did not enjoy it, although I could certainly have done without the clattering, sackful-of-spanners-rolling-down-a-fire-escape drum solo. Link took pretty much a back seat for much of it, in favour of that organ sound*, which was a bit of a surprise, but overall, yep it was fine. Thanks
* At least, I presume it was an organ - if Link was getting that wild keening sound out of his guitar, then respect. I don't have anything lined up, but will make a choice soon.

Since Davey isn't around, and riggers liked the post, I'm asking him to respong instead...

Cheers Ray. At work on a sleep in shift at the moment. Love that Nesmith album. Will have a think and post something when I get home tomorrow.

Hey, Sorry for having been absent. Love that Nesmith track (and indeed, the whole album). The almost-ambient intro is quite a thing as well.
I’ll let Riggers handle the next suggestion. But thanks Ray!

Sorry for the delay. How about this, which I discovered the other day. For Sneelock.
A bizarre blend of Psych and primitive Electronica/Krautrock.

I'm glad I read your post first. my kind of thing by the time it's over. it starts out sounding like the Cowsills and ends up sounding like a monster. I like it because the monster wins.
I'm heading out to work. i'll try to add something later today.
