No, it's not solipsism, it's autotheism. Everyone creates their own world/universe. I didn't create other people, but my view/conceptualisation of who they are is unique to me. I believe this is true of everybody, and indeed of every sentient being.

Two elephants plus two elephants equals four elephants. The maths didn’t create the creatures
