What, no poached?
Poached is best if done properly.
I like fried eggs on top of stir fried greens with rice and a load of chilli. Or kimchee - basically chilli spice and fried eggs go beautifully together.
A boiled egg is too much faff personally.

I've not had eggs in ages, I used to have a habit of having boiled or poached eggs on toast for weekend breakfast. I guess getting the dog put a stop to that, I can't sit there and take time over breakfast, I have to shove some food down then walk the bugger.
Poached is best, but that's too much effort for toast, whereas boiled you just put in a pan, bring to the boil, whack the toaster down, and as soon as it pops up the eggs are perfect with soft yolks. Never bother with fried, if the white gets overcooked, its game over, and you don't really want to eat the white on its own, anyway.

I eat a fried egg every morning with a piece of toast. I like the yolk runny but not the white.
I might double down and have a fried egg sandwich with ham and cheddar on a nice ciabatta roll for lunch today.

when we were kids they told us we needed to eat them when we didn't want to. they would scramble them and serve them to us covered in ketchup. I'm not making this up. Despite this horrid introduction, I learned to LOVE eggs.
69 or so we lived next to some OKIES who always invited us to breakfast. BACON was already a big favorite. My friend completely slathered the egg in BACON renderings and the smell just drove me crazy.
Aside from sucking an egg like a weasel, I like them pretty much any old way. Most folks prefer scrambled which is usually how I end up making them. Luckily no one asks for ketchup. If I'm by myself I'll do Sunny Side up or over easy. Depending on what I have on hand - an omelette is pretty quick and easy for how YUMMY it is. Eating out - I am a sucker for Eggs Benedict. I would never put that much effort into making it myself but I find EB decadent in the most satisfying way.
"go suck an egg" is a phrase I'd like to see make a comeback.

My mom, who was not a big ketchup person otherwise, would sometimes have it on her scrambled eggs. I'd forgotten about that 'til just now.
When I was a kid, I really liked 'em soft-boiled. I probably still would enjoy that, but I never have 'em that way - either over easy or scrambled, usually. Never much cared for hard boiled.

Omelets usually. I'm the omelet maker in our household, and I'll try to vary things with different ingredients (mostly vegetable in nature, every now and then with fake meat or shrimp or crab). Per my wife I'm generally pretty successful.
I also will make egg salad sandwiches sometimes.
I'm sort of on a low cholesterol diet so I limit it to a few a week, but they really are a wonder food.
I will whip up a quick scramble or fried egg on occasion, but usually if I crack a yolk it's in the service of an actual recipe (mostly breakfast, but not always).

I don't LOVE them.
Any yolky, fried, or greasy version, I'll run a mile from.
But...well scrambled (with loads of pepper and hot sauce, OR in a proper skillet with meat, veggies, hash browns, cheese...and loads of pepper and hot sauce)...or in chilaquiles...or...yes, absolutely in a nice omelet (some crucial savory flavors and textures...and loads of pepper and hot sauce)? Absolutely!

Pickled eggs used to be a staple at the 9th hole lunch spot when I was a youth. That and/or wonderful hot dogs. I mostly stuck to the dawgs though I must say.

I love them. Scrambled is my favourite, poached (though surprisingly hard to get right) and omelettes are great too.

Try the 'G omelette' - it's a winner!
