Anyone been on a train lately? Not since autumn 2019. Nor on a bus, for that matter, for a year.
Paid £70 for a three-year old fart railcard at the beginning of 2019, too. Apart from the collapse of the supply network I was using, it's the single pissiest thing about the Covid restrictions from where I'm sitting.

I feel the same way.
I think I'll be on a local train next week some time. It's half-term, no work, might fuck off to the beach.

Is your mate a dickhead or is he just an anti rules ?

He has an Irish wolfhound. Had to move to London for job reasons during Covid and has to drive a way to let the dog have a decent runaround. He knows he was breaking lockdown.
