If you want a pretty sober analysis of the current revelations and where they might lead then this New York Times podcast gives a good overview. It's about an hour, but worth a listen. www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjAyxA4sI1k

I think it’s pretty clear now that none of the major conspiracy theories are true. Trump had the highest possible security clearance. Zero chance he could keep his mouth shut if Area 51 had alien babies or 9/11 was an inside job. Well of course if Trump were to come forward (and he has made comments where he's hinted that he knows about this stuff), his comments would be dismissed by many, including yourself, because he has zero credibility. So either way, speculating on what he says is going to be a bit of a self-defeating exercise that's unlikely to further wider understanding. But I suppose there are three main reasons why he and other presidents have been reticent on the issue: 1. They haven't said anything because there's nothing to say. There's no truth to any of it. 2. They have been sworn to secrecy and the risks to humanity of revealing this information are so great that they've acquiesced to keeping the secrecy around this issue. 3. Information on this issue is so secretive and compartmentalised that even Presidents have only limited understanding of the full story. I think, objectively, you have to be open to any of the above being true. Personally, I feel 3 is the most likely, but that's just my opinion.

I was being more than a little facetious there. But I do think there’s some truth in what I was saying. That dummy has no vault. The only way he doesn’t know whatever there is to know is if he wasn’t interested enough to ask.
For all we know, this kinda stuff is what’s in the Mar a Lago boxes. 😏

The interesting thing is a number of other pretty senior people have come out to back up Grusch's claims. That's why casually dismissing him as a crank seems a really lazy and ill-thought through position. Congress are taking his claims seriously, even if this board isn't.

I've had a life-long fascination with that stuff. I don't mean to sound close-minded. I read the claims and it made my little tiny hairs stand up. I watched the guy talk and I started rolling my eyes.
I'm not saying my bullshit detector is infallible just that it went up to 11 watching that guy.
