Is there a clear line between opinion and fact? Yes, there certainly is. Opinions apparently exist. There is no such thing as a fact, at least in my wholly non-binary world: as objectivity is an illusion, all opinions and perceptions exist on a continuum of tendencies that has no end points, rather like a line on a Moebius strip, and all are subject to change and fluctuation at any point. That's my opinion, at least, and a very liberating one, I find, as a fully functioning magickal Romantic

I believe there is an objective truth but it is too far off from our capabilities to ever see it. So as far as we're concerned, it could not even exist.

I used to get in trouble on the BCB threads about religion, but this is the exact point I was attempting to make back then. There’s a paradox embedded in the inescapability of subjectivity. It ultimately leads us to have to have faith in the existence of something objective without ever being able to know for sure if what we perceive is objective truth, or merely our subjective perception of truth.
