Good Lord, during a cup you guys sound like finicky judges on Cooking Shows.

Well, I just made it through four or five ties in round 6 after more than 48 hours without hashish or stimulation/shielding of any kind. can't help but feel it's affected my posting style, but hey
definitely enough for now, though

It’s all lining up very well for me. Skope and Sloop still have their byes so all I need to do is win all my remaining ties, including the looming gash v sloop match.
*checks my remaining choices*
FFS!

Just reading some of the comments on a round 6 match ( not my selection) and I was a little surprised at the harshness of many of the comments for one of the tracks. It made me think that records from the 60s, and the 70s to some degree, have to work a lot harder for positive comments than later stuff. Often later stuff is kind of given a bit of a free pass. Maybe people just set their bar much higher when judging 60s and 70s stuff. Anyone else noticed this?

It's the most unpredictable cup ever. You might get Bucks Fizz vs Nitzer Ebb, next round.
IS there a next round?

Man, these tight matches are getting to be a regular thing for Lokifange!
I'm loving the comp. even if i'm not loving every match. Good to see the banter and lots of different music.

As one of the last to vote in just about every round, I always read what others have written: I was wondering, though, if the early voters ever read the comments of those who come later, especially in ties where their own tracks do not feature. While fange above talks about 'banter', there does not seem to be much to and fro.
