It's A for me even though I enjoyed both tracks and I don't really know what hip hop is.

Oh dear, drawn the short, indeed very short straw, the one with something that pandascream might sniff appreciatively at the end: as m'learned friends would undoubtedly aver, these artists are 'Not My Thing, thank you for posting,' but duty calls...
a No idea what Mr Manuva - shocking spelling by the way - is on about, apart from a phrase about secreting Italian delicatessen products, but the backing track is not unpleasant although of course too short and lacking in the time signature shenanigans that mark out real music.
b oh dear, it sounds like they are making this up as they go along. That will never do. Rather dubious sentiments, too. All music matters, you know.

I have a hard time taking rappers with British accents seriously for some reason.
Anyway, I'm giving it to B for the bass playing alone. I love when they dig in on those extended 16th-note sections.
